Test Engineer - Immediate Start - Stockholm, Sweden - SEK/hrAssignment description
As a test engineer, you will be part of our R&D department and work with tasks that include:
- creating test cases
- hands-on execution of test cases (both manual and automated)
- error handling
- to some extent creating scripts for tests
- product quality reporting.
You will also help the developers to repeat troubleshooting tests in our embedded SW and to a lesser extent HW tests. Your work spans several functions at the company such as electronics, mechanics, embedded software and application software in close collaboration with developers, architects, production and project management.
About you
It is a varied work where you get the chance to be self-sufficient and show on your own drive. At the same time you will have many contact areas and it is required that you have a good communicative ability. You also need to be a team player and have the ability to create effective collaborations with many different parts of the organization. In this role you will encounter challenges and we therefore see that you are good at seeing solutions and opportunities as well as being pragmatic in your work.
Experience:
* 2-3 years of testing experience or longer test training + 1-2 years of experience
* ISTQB Foundation or equivalent. to understand test terminology etc.
* Experience of some test management tool
* Experience of simpler scripting in ex python
