We are recruiting for experienced an Sharepoint Support Analyst on long term contract based in Dublin working for a financial services group.
The primary purpose of this role is to act as an intermediary between the business community and the technical community (including third party suppliers) to collect, clarify and translate business requirements into documentation and conceptual design using the appropriate tools and models from which the web applications and solutions are developed.

Responsibilities: To support, manage and handle service desk support calls with exceptional customer service. Resolving Incidents and Problems in accordance with agreed service levels. Resolving code and configuration level defects within the customer solutions.
Essential Skills: Office 365, SharePoint 2010, 2013, 2016, ASP.NET configuration and development. Windows Server 2003 and Active Directory/ADFS
