EMIS Ascribe System Trainer-Inside IR35- Must have EMIS/NHS experience
The successful applicant will be involved in rolling out electronic prescribing and administration
To provide a consistent and professional support service to clinicians throughout the Trust using The Emis Ascribe system, this will include application support, project support and training.
To assist in providing frontline support to users of the system in response to service requirement and to respond in a professional and customer focused manner. This may include analysing situations, information and resolving a range of problems consisting of computer system errors, application problems and limited hardware troubleshooting eg printing and scanning.
- To assist in providing training on Emis Ascribe system to all staff including; new starters and additional and refresher training to existing user's and new services as and when appropriate.
- To assist in any redesign or configuration in response to service/business/ISN (DSCN) requirements and/or project requirements under direction from the Project Manager or Head of Projects.
- You must have sound IT skills, relevant experience and knowledge within the healthcare sector is key.
