Description
Our Client are looking for an experienced and rounded Salesforce Developer to join their IT Services Team. This will involve meeting with project managers, analysing project objectives, coding new Salesforce applications, creating customer workflows, maintaining user roles, and troubleshooting applications errors. As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for the design and development of customised solutions across their Salesforce platform.
The existing team are currently working remotely due to COVID-19, and the successful candidate will be onboarded and work remotely until it is possible to return to the Central London office.
Key skills and experience
- Previous work experience with application and software development right through the SDLC
- Experience of developing customer-facing interfaces
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM platforms. - A minimum of 2 years working within the Salesforce.com software platform. You should have working knowledge of system administrator
- Proficient in SQL Server, MySQL, Apex, JavaScript, Native, and VisualForce
- Ability to solve high-level software and application issues
- Hold Salesforce certified Admin (ADM-201/ADX-201) or App Builder (Dev-402)
- Demonstable experience of using data migration tools such as data loader or data import wizard to import data into Salesforce
- Programming experience including Javascript or Java
- Experience with Salesforce Integration to SharePoint
- Experience of working with the Salesforce/SharePoint Integration App. FilesConnect
- Data migration experience migrating data from SQL based Legacy applications into Salesforce
- Dynamic form building and customisation experience
- Proven experience with the delivery of technical projects either as a consultant, freelance, or internally
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong client focus and professional integrity
- Bachelor's Degree (or Equivalent) in Computer Science or Software Engineering
- Recent (less than 2 years) recognised qualifications against the Salesforce Development Platforms
- Experience of working in the public sector - either working in or for local or central government agencies
- Experience of agile project delivery methods
- Ability to solve high-level software and application issues
