Description
Ideal person would be Enterprise Architect with experience in HR domain. Of course experience in Oracle Cloud/SAP will come handy, given is heading towards one of these products.Duties and Responsibilities:
• Works with business teams and IT teams to identify, define, and clarify the scope in terms of complex business/systems requirements.
• Analyze and maintains knowledge in emerging technologies, application methodologies and frameworks, system integration methodologies, industry and market trends and determines their potential impact on the business
• Anticipate future information technology needs based on business trends and collaborates with internal and external suppliers to successfully deliver IT solutions that address them
• Drive collaboration of programs and teams around a common technical vision
• Understand both functional & non-functional requirements and come up with application solutions
• Coordinates functionality across multiple initiatives delivering common, reusable functionality where possible.
• Ensures processing documentation is accurate and complete and adheres to Governance and auditing needs.
• Develops and reviews test cases and conducts functional testing.
• Created and maintains Functional Specifications for Application landscape and Integrations.
• Negotiates technical and non-technical solutions that both satisfy the business user and confirm to technical architecture.
• Understands best practice business processes to ensure compliance and end user support in a regulated environment.
• Provides risk analysis to business partners for proposed solutions.

Skills and Experience
• Minimum 10+ years working in IT and 7+ years of relevant experience. Working with 3rd Party Service Providers a plus.Strong understanding of HR, Payroll concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Proven leadership abilities implementing strategic business initiatives
• Ability to develop project plans and manage multiple development activities simultaneously
• Comprehensive awareness of various hardware and software solutions and relationships between systems, subsystems and products
• Ability to assimilate, interpret and draw conclusions from an extensive variety of technical and business data with multiple abstract and concrete variables
• Strong understanding of contemporary technologies relating to business, market and industry trends
• Proven skill in designing high-level solutions, providing technical and logical support, and defining modules and/or process components determined to be needed or modified
• Ability to develop, evaluate and present multiple solution approaches to meet business requirements and strategies
• Ability to train, coach and mentor less experienced staff
