Home Working opportunity with a Guildford based Telecommunications Company have a requirement for an FPGA Xilinx Engineer to join them on 5th Generation LTE development, this is a long term Contract engagement that falls outside of IR35.
The Company
The company are an established Telecomms company recognised in industry as being market leading in their technological achievements and developments, you will be joining a small and agile team of specialists in the U.K. office, including Embedded Software Engineers, Analogue PCB Designers and technician level assembly and component Engineers.
The Role
The position is a mixture of remote and on-site working at the Surrey based innovation centre. You will completing a Digital Signal Processing based FPGA Development for a radio remote head development. Any experience with Base-station processing, DSP work within FPGAs including up-converters, down-converters, equalisers, pre-distortion and peak power reductions for cellular base station radios supporting multi-carriers, multi-technology (CDMA + UMTS + LTE). The client are using a Xilinx toolset.

The client can also offer flexible working hours and home based working when required as well as competitive pay, this contract falls outside of IR35 and the client can offer a start from the 1st June.
