Description
SQL DBA urgently required for interesting contract in Heerlen.
The DBA will be Responsible for the following:
* Communication with internal and external technical and functional stakeholders
* Monitoring solutions (eg Elastic search, scom).
* To define a technical monitoring solution, and turn this in an agile way into a working solution.
The DBA will ideally have the following skills and expertise:
* Strong SQL knowledge.
* Strong ability to maintain Windows Servers.
* Good troubleshooting abilities.
* Strong ability to maintain a good working relation with internal and external technical and functional stakeholders.
* We are looking for a pragmatic & pro-active team player with a positive attitude who has a keen interest to learn new things and doesn't think in silos.
* Experience with monitoring solutions required (eg Elastic Search, SCOM).
* Strong Scripting ability (eg Powershell) is a plus.
* Linux knowledge is a definite plus.
* Java knowledge is a plus.
* Cloud experience is a plus.
* Dutch language is a strong plus
