Citrix and VDI Support Engineer (Italian/English speaker)
Desktop, VIP Support, Citrix, VDI, Mobile, Skype, Office 365, Messaging, Infrastructure, Financial.
A leading financial organisation are looking for a VIP Support Engineer to join their team.
3 +years experience working in a VIP deskside role Excellent troubleshooting skills across a broad range of technologies including, email, infrastructure, endpoint, voice, onsite services and application management.
Office 356, Compliance, Sharepoint, MDM, VDI, Development, Remote Access, Deskop build, App Packaging, WYSE, Mobile, Skype etc.
Strong attention to details and good communication skills with customers Financial services or mission critical environments experience.
