Head of Technology, Salesforce roll-out, RetailA new Head of Technology is needed to take full responsibility of a large-scale Technology Transformation programme. You will enjoy full responsibility for overall Architecture & IT Strategy with a particular focus on a Salesforce Implementation (Salesforce Commerce Cloud).
Working for a large & successful Retail/Ecommerce company this is a key leadership role. As Head of Technology you will report directly into Board Level and other Senior Leaders within the business across various departments - you will be responsible for aligning Technology Strategy with overall Business/Commercial Objectives.
The successful candidate must have strong experience of implementing Salesforce Comerce Cloud ideally from an architectural and programme management standpoint - although this would not be a hands-on role a software development background is expected. As well as delivering a Salesforce implementation you will also oversee other new technology programmes based around Payments, Cloud Integrations and Software Migrations. You will also lead internal projects to help improve employee efficiency through technology adoption (ie Salesforce Commerce Cloud).
