realTime Recruitment is looking for a Telephony Support Engineer for one of my clients for a 6- 9 month daily rate contract.

Key responsibilities:

  • Maintaining & administering day to day Telephony Operations
  • Keeping Telephony services available
  • Supporting their current Infrastructure
  • Supporting current clients and users based all around the country
  • Meeting SLA for incident requests
  • Troubleshooting
  • Patching
  • Mobile device management

Skills required:

  • Aspect ACD
  • Alcatel OmniPCX
  • Verint v11
  • IP Telephony experience is a bonus
