Desired Candidate Profile:
- Must have delivered RPA solutions using Blue Prism
- Must have C sharp and .net experience
- Worked on end to end process automation and delivery using Blue Prism.
- Must have aptitude for solution design and development.
- Have Technical leadership and team management skills.
- Worked on Integrating with AI and cognitive solutions with RPA.
- Publishing Web services via RPA tools.
Key Responsibilities/Functions/Role:
- Understand solution design document and accordingly create low level design documents
- Provide technical leadership to team in sync with requirements
- Deliver projects within project constraints and quality on global delivery models with timely reviews and feedback
- Project planning and monitoring to manage RPA solution delivery with resource optimization
- To mentor team members achieve designated goals
- To consistently meet or exceed performance parameters
