Description
coordinates all FINAL CLIENT entities involved in migration activities,
collaborates with the migration project manager Ericsson for the global monitoring of migration,
plans the migration and production activities,
leads the data quality workstream of FINAL CLIENT.
Every week, it provides a summary report of the various advances in the migration project and an analysis of the associated risks.
Mission of expertise
In addition to its assistance missions, the service provider will provide the following deliverables for the different phases of the program:
audit of the migration strategy (assessment and points for improvement):
o alignment of FINAL CLIENT and Ericsson activities,
o identification of the impacts on the different FINAL CLIENT IS,
o planning of migration and production activities,
o action plans following Dry Runs, or identified alerts,
migration procedures on the FINAL CLIENT perimeter.
He/she makes sure:
the provision of complete exports for all data sources,
Connectivity between all program environments (IS, telecom network, simulators),
the provision of remote access,
curative actions on system data. He/she will develop flow toggle tools.
Required competencies:
Significant experience in data migration in IS transformation projects,
competence in project management,
good computer culture, good knowledge of tools, good practices, methods, etc. and principles of application development,
strong expertise in IT telecoms, BSCS, and in particular E//solutions.
