The bank reorganizes deeply the Servicing to the Customer and implements a Client Service Center, which uses Worldline (platform and tools).
Job Description
Main responsibilities are to manage projects on the different domains:
Governance
Steering Commitees and boards
Capacity planning and resources management
Planning and monitaring
Risk
Budget, performance, follow up,
Documentation
Change management.
2.Skills
Business skills
Mandatory
At least 3 to 5 years experience in Customer Experience (= CX) related projects.
Preferable: banking experience.
Technical skills
Mandatory
At least 3 to 5 years experience in the domains listed in the job description (above)
Experience (1 year) with Worldline.
Soft skills
Srtrategic thinking
Strong communications skills, diplomatic and customer - oriented
