Description
Record and retrieve information related to supply/logistics including receiving documents and data for input, and complete the established input procedures- Create material order in the 3PL Warehouse management system
- Control the documentation from Alstom suppliers with their deliveries
- Organize various transport requests to workshops, suppliers and customers
- Ensure data correctness in ERP system SAP - Follow-up of the transport requests up to the invoicing
- Take part in coordination of returned parts from Alstom customers
- Participate in inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits
- Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations
Skills required Education /Experiences
• Experience from similar jobs approximately 2 years
• Fluent in English, knowledge of Danish can be an advantage.
