Roc Search - Havant Location - 1st Line Service Desk engineer - Asap Start -100 Per day DOE
We are working with a key client who require 4x 1st line support engineers to start Asap in Havant - Portsmouth.
The Successfull candidate will have experience with Service Desk in past roles and in IT Call handling.
Responsibilities:
Troubleshooting Microsoft Office
Evidence of reducing ticket SLAs
Escalating support calls and providing first-line help desk support
Troubleshooting and solving hardware and software IT
Troubleshooting Windows
Raise tickets to the 2nd line team
Troubleshooting Printers
Supporting Exchange
Basic AD user maintenance
