Roc Search - Havant Location - 1st Line Service Desk engineer - Asap Start -100 Per day DOE

We are working with a key client who require 4x 1st line support engineers to start Asap in Havant - Portsmouth.

The Successfull candidate will have experience with Service Desk in past roles and in IT Call handling.

Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshooting Microsoft Office

  • Evidence of reducing ticket SLAs

  • Escalating support calls and providing first-line help desk support

  • Troubleshooting and solving hardware and software IT

  • Troubleshooting Windows

  • Raise tickets to the 2nd line team

  • Troubleshooting Printers

  • Supporting Exchange

  • Basic AD user maintenance

The Right Candidate:

  • Excellent Attention to detail

  • Ambitious and motivated to progress IT Career
