Description
My client is looking for a skilled Java Team Lead/Lead Java Developer to join their team in the Brussels region to take on a senior role within their development team ASAP.
Role:
- Managing a team of 3 Java developers in a scrum agile team working on a long-term migration project.
- Working on a central application to the business managing contact information throughout the organisation.
- Steering the technical direction of the team and having a leading role with implementing and maintaining brand-new solutions & frameworks.
- Advising various internal stakeholders about the upgrading and implementation of new solutions and frameworks from Legacy application.
- Providing technical leadership and remain hands-on producing both detailed technical work and high-level architectural design.
- Up to 2 days remote working per week is possible.
Required:
- Minimum 3+ years experience working as a Java Technical Lead/Lead Java Developer.
- High levels of experience working with Java Development, Spring platform, etc.
- Motivated about leading a team & have valuable coaching/leadership experience.
- Hands-on architecture experience is also desired.
- Fluent in English, French & Dutch.
