Helpdesk/Service Desk Analyst, Edinburgh, initial 3 months contract, up to £115 PD
My prestigious Client is looking for a number of experienced Service Desk Analysts to join Global Technical Support (GTS) team in Edinburgh on a 3 months contract basis.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing support to the employees from global offices, where first time fix is the main goal.
* Fixing issues for employees via phone, web chat, email and ticketing systems, whilst contributing to the teams' continuous service improvement.
* Working collaboratively with wider teams, looking at ways to improve and automate current processes.
Essential Skills and Experience:
* Experience working as a Service Desk Analyst/IT Engineer is essential
* Experience working for the financial/banking sector
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to build collaborative working relationships
* An enthusiastic individual with a keenness to learn
* Ability to troubleshoot hardware/software/network issues
* An understanding of ITIL frameworks is highly desirable
* Experience with Active Directory and Windows Operating Systems
