Position Title: Oracle HCM Specialist
Contract Duration: 6 months
Pay Rate: £500 - £550 per professional day
IR35 Scope: Outside IR35
Location: Milton Keynes or London, UK
Clearance Required: SC Clearance

We're currently urgently looking to source an Oracle HCM specialist, who will be required to support and deliver our implementation of Oracle Cloud. For the right candidate, this is an excellent opportunity to thrive, gaining skills and experience rapidly.
Key Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience on designing and configuring Enterprise Structures/Work Structures.
- Knowledge of other Oracle HCM modules beneficial - Absence, OTL, Compensation, Recruitment, Learn, Talent.
- Ability to work collaboratively with client and system integrator, shaping the scope and solution based on client requirements.
- Ability to develop complex functional designs for system functionality, reports, integrations, etc.
Key Skills:
- 5+ years' experience implementing HCM
- Previous experience in an Oracle Cloud environment
- Financial Experience is desirable
