Role: Oracle HCM Core specialist
Contracting Authority: FCO
Contract Length: 6 months initially
Location: Milton Keyens (remote until further notice)
IR35: OUTSIDE IR35
Pay Rate: £550 per day LTD
Security Clearance: MUST BE SC CLEARED OR HIGHER

Role description:
An Oracle HCM specialist is required to support and deliver our implementation of Oracle Cloud.
This is an important role within the HCM team, working closely with our business colleagues and systems implementer to ensure the system is configured using best practice and standard functionality.
Demonstrable experience on designing and configuring Enterprise Structures, Work Structures, Core HR based on clients wider HR needs.
Knowledge of other Oracle HCM modules beneficial - Absence, OTL, Compensation, Recruitment, Learn, Talent.
Ability to work collaboratively with client and system integrator, shaping the scope and solution based on client requirements.
Experience of coaching and supporting the business to execute system and user acceptance testing.
Ability to develop complex functional designs for system functionality, reports, integrations, etc.

Core skills

Mandatory
5+ years' experience implementing HCM
Demonstrable experience on designing and configuring Enterprise Structures, Work Structures, Core HR based on clients wider HR needs.

Desirable
Knowledge of other Oracle HCM modules beneficial - Absence, OTL, Compensation, Recruitment, Learn, Talent.
Prior experience in an Oracle Cloud environment

Q2-2020 - Deliver configuration to support Process Playbacks during Proof of Concept (POC) covering FCO, FCOS and Local Staff (Global). All processes demonstrated in Process Playbacks in POC
Q2-2020 - Update Work Structures and Core HR Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) with requirements, solutions and processes. Work Structures and Core HR RTM signed off by Business Process Owners
Q2-2020 - Configuration workbooks. Signed off by Business Process Owners
Q2-2020 - Process Design Document. Signed off by Business Process Owners
Q2-2020 - Build up Enterprise Structures, Work Structures and Core HR functionality after POC to cover all configuration required for FCO, FCOS and Local Staff. All configuration completed and successful entry into System Integration Testing.
Q2-2020 - Support the delivery of Core HR reports, including design, writing specifications, testing, etc. Required reports designed.
Q2-2020 Support System Integration Testing
Q2-2020 Support Delivery Manager on programme related tasks and meetings.

Key:
Document/Deliverable, drafted, reviewed, approved and issued.
Build and embed capability and methodology within the Programme Team.
Build capability and capacity using External Suppliers/Partners
Provide data/analytics/assessment information for use across the Programme
Provide software/tools for use by the Programme
