CVM Manager

As one of Vodafone's key strategic partners we are currently recruiting for a CVM Manager to join the team in Paddington on a 3 month contract.

Role Purpose

The CVM Manager will lead the development of group wide base management and base marketing activities. She/he will drive base growth through cross/up-sell and base retention in collaboration with our local markets, by providing thought leadership, cross-market best practise sharing and hands-on support when needed.

The successful candidate will support markets to deliver their base marketing targets by co-creating and implementing base growth and retention initiatives.

Core responsibilities

  • Proactive customer retention using Real Time contextual triggers and signals (example customer behaviour on our website/app, calls to the call centre, bad experience etc.)
  • Reactive customer retention. Design automated programs to retain customers with 1-1 deals executed through all channels and customer touch points. Experience in churn management through cancellations desks.
  • Support Vodafone OPCOs with pro-active and reactive churn management, provide thought leadership in this space and monitor/track churn performance across OPCOs.

Key experience

  • Significant CVM/base marketing knowledge and experience
  • Good knowledge and experience in Always on Marketing and digital marketing, such as personalised customer journeys design and implementation.
  • Excellent senior stakeholder management and communications skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen.
