Job Description:
In your role as functional administrator infra you are responsible for the correct 'house keeping' of our IT platform, which internal colleagues already make full use of. You determine and perform the maintenance on that infrastructure. And you provide (preventive) 'regulations and measures' that lead to their correct use. You monitor, analyse and test whether the performance characteristics achieved meet the required standards. And you provide first-line support by analysing, resolving and informing users of incidents, changes and system failures. In addition, you are responsible for the timely and proper promotion of releases to the Acceptance and Production Environment.As a functional administrator infra, you work closely with the IT platform provider to ensure that the massive enrichment of our data is as efficient and effective as possible. In this way, our analytical products can be
optimally run and delivered to the customer in a timely manner in order
the Organisation Data & Analytics (D&A) of the Tax Administration provides products and services to increase tax revenues and effectively combat fraud. D&A's management team focuses on the management and operation of products in the areas of risk detection, monitoring and shortening of work processes. The design and maintenance of relationship management, user and authorisation support, infrastructure management, change management on existing products and the signalling of customer needs are also among the tasks. Analysis, Organization Sensitivity (Environmental Awareness), Progress Control, Flexibility
work experience in the field of Analytics with knowledge of signal models and fraud models and what support IT is required for this. These products can be released/promoted
on the SAS Grid Platform
