FIELD MARKETING MANAGER - SWEDISH SPEAKER - FULLY REMOTE - MANAGING TEAM IN SWEDEN!

As a Field Marketing Manager (SWEDISH SPEAKER), you are responsible for the development, execution, measurement and reporting of customer-facing demand generation programs that support Sales goals. You collaborate with the corporate and EMEA marketing teams to define campaign requirements and develop programs. You team with our Sales organizations to optimize field readiness, alignment and follow-through. You also collaborate with web marketing, online marketing, PR, events, marketing operations and external agency teams to ensure an integrated, multi-channel approach to demand generation campaigns.

You are a resourceful and resilient self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment where initiative and innovation are required. You should be a doer and not a delegator. Your positive outlook and problem-solving skills will help you stay focused and adaptable. Your attention to detail, collaboration skills and "buck-stops-here" attitude will be critical to your success in this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute targeted local marketing plans, aligned to corporate go-tomarket strategy, that include, but are not limited to, field events, partner activities, user groups, industry events/trade shows, establishing local relationships with related associations or communities, executive roundtables, etc.
  • Ensure effective delivery of corporate digital/demand generation programs (eg, webinars, direct email, advertising) into your local market(s), with necessary localisation to extend reach or impact.
  • Work closely with Sales Development and local sales teams to ensure effective collaboration on execution of the marketing plan.
  • Track and measure demand-to-close metrics across field marketing programs, optimizing resources against regional objectives
  • Assist with Website management including SEO tasks to improve performance
  • Work with local PR agency and PR function to develop and execute a local PR/IR plan

Required Skills and experience:

  • 5+ years of Field Marketing experience in high technology, B2B, enterprise software organization required; SaaS/on-demand software experience highly desired.
  • Segment marketing, demand creation and campaign execution experience, including event experience.
  • Experience defining acquisition account-based goals and objectives in conjunction with Sales. Must be comfortable providing data and insights on acquisition accounts as well as contacts within these accounts.
  • Must have proven ability to think "big picture"; and use both traditional and modern marketing tactics to design effective programs.
  • CRM (Salesforce.com) and Marketing Automation (Marketo) experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and multi-tasking skills required.
  • Ability to work collaboratively to create a results-driven, team-oriented environment.
  • Strong analytical skills to determine ROI of marketing programs.
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a technical field. (MBA degree is a plus)
  • Can speak Swedish
