Rate: £400 per day
Duration: 6 months with view to extend

Opportunity to join a market leading Financial Services client with a base in Edinburgh to work as a contract Business Analyst on a long-term Customer Operations programme.
Experience Required:
- 5+ years business analysis experience with the financial services industry
- Previous experience within the Life and Pensions sector
- Strong & proven Business analysis skills & experience - Business Requirements, Process Mapping, documenting and data analysis
- Understanding of Customer Remediation Projects
- Operational risk and controls - analysis, requirements, development experience
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to tailor approach to your audience and work collaboratively with team members
