We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join this team as a cross functional capacity Delivery Manager (with Analyst skills) to help develop and manage a range of channel and platform channels and experiences to enhance our digital loyalty (rewards and offers) capabilities globally based on a services based architecture.

The programme covers both web and mobile channel deliveries, API integration with 3rd party vendor platforms, and integration of internal customer and transaction data.

The role holder must have strong experience delivering highly integrated projects within complex environments and will be responsible for driving delivery across a large number of diverse stakeholders. The coverage of the role is global and will have a number of inter-dependencies, across a range of business areas delivering to time, cost and quality. The role holder must have managing both financial and resource actuals and forecasting across the project, providing regular finance updates to project stakeholders and ensuring visibility is maintained, and projects are running within budget.

In addition, the role holder must have relevant Business Analyst skills and experience. This role holder will assist the the team with business analysis tasks such as the analysis of complex business processes, and translating those into functional and non-functional requirements and then developing these into agile development stories.

This is a small but very effective team that requires a ‘hands on self-starter’ to assist across multiple domains.

Portfolio Management
• Provide co-ordinated leadership ensuring that the balance between delivery time, delivery cost, quality assurance and benefit yield are optimised.
• Proactively identify threats to product delivery and programme wide risks, escalating to Delivery Lead and Key stakeholders and instigating recovery action to assure project delivery.
• Manage C level business, IT and digital stakeholders as well as key vendors/partners to ensure effective communications and timely escalations.
• Engage and collaborate with other functions and teams in digital to ensure solutions are consistent and signed-off in a timely manner.
• Ensure ongoing delivery alignment with related programmes and projects
• Work with vendors, suppliers and contractors to ensure required delivery and programme alignment of agreed activities
















Governance
• Design and execute routines to ensure governance of the project and provide regular updates to management and key stakeholders.
• Ensure robust risk and issue management across the portfolio.
• Generate concise and precise MI in line with PMO governance cycles.

Leadership
• Provide leadership to the cross-functional teams and Scrum Masters across the portfolio.
• Demonstrate leadership to the team and stakeholders by bringing together the project teams to deliver.
• Coach and advise team members to ensure growth/development and use of best practices
• Lead and matrix manage assigned technical and 3rd party teams.
• Promote and embed project management methodologies and governance frameworks in line with Company Project Management Standards.
Governance
• Design and execute routines to ensure governance of the project and provide regular updates to management and key stakeholders
• Ensure robust risk and issue management across the portfolio
• Generate concise and precise MI in line with PMO governance cycles
• Participate in, and lead, cross programme sessions to ensure ongoing full programme coherence

Leadership
• Provide leadership to the cross functional teams across the project
• Demonstrate leadership to the team and stakeholders by bringing together the project teams in order to ensure effective delivery
• Coach and advise team members to ensure growth/development and use of best practices
• Lead and matrix manage assigned technical and 3rd party teams.
• Promote and embed project management methodologies and governance frameworks in line with Company Project Management Standards.

Business Analysis
• Analysis of complex business and technical process
• Defining and writing of business requirements
• Writing functional and non-functional Agile software development stories

Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications

Experience
• 5+ years’ experience in project management/programme management/delivery roles
• 2+ years’ experience in agile methodologies
• 2+ years’ experience in business or digital analysis


Skills
• Experience of delivery in complex environments on a global scale (i.e. across time zones & geographies and with remote teams in London, Poland & India)
• Proven track record of IT delivery using Agile and/or DevOps methodology within a Digital environment
• Prior experience of working with Mobile or Digital technologies
• Highly motivated, ‘hands on’, self-starter, able to work independently, under pressure and proactively in a fast paced environment with multiple deadlines
• Strong experience of Agile software delivery
• Experience of managing multi-million dollar IT projects
• Experience of day to day management of technical delivery teams
• Experience in business or digital analysis tasks / roles
Knowledge and prior experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or other enterprise level content management systems would be beneficial
