Description

We are currently recruiting for a Service Desk Team Lead.for an initial 3 month contract to be based in Glasgow.

The responsibilities of the Service Desk Team Lead will involve the following

  • Service improvement
  • Technical support
  • Coordination of day to day activities
  • Manage SLAs
  • Internal stakeholder management
  • External stakeholder management

This initially will be working from home.
