We are looking for someone who has the following to offer:
*Able to create holistic digital and print assets as communications devices that simplify a complex platform.
*Strong illustration, story-telling skills and creative thinker and producer
*Able to design service blueprints and other user-centered interaction models
*Will be responsible for the design and development of design concepts and artifacts used to communicate business change
*Experience in creating a cross channel visual assets for print, digital and animations
*Able to interpret business models and other transformation models to create a design language and style
*Will own the quality of visual and graphic design delivery across teams
*Abreast of the current digital design trends

*Graphic and Visual Design: We are not seeking as UX/UI designer. You will be adept at using Illustrator, InDesign and other creative tools and understand the role of visual communication in business transformation. You will be aware of the role of UX/UI design and be able to assist in creating concepts in both digital and print.
*Agile working. You have experience of working in agile, including an awareness of agile tools and how to use them.
*Communication skills. You know how to present your designs to senior stakeholders in an articulate persuasive manner working with other team members.
*Community collaboration.
*Digital perspective. You are responsive to changes in technology, adapting your approach accordingly. You can make decisions to meet user needs in the government context. You understand the importance of assisted digital and can design services and make decisions to meet users needs. (Relevant skill level: working)
Evidence- and context-based design. You can absorb large amounts of conflicting information and use it to produce simple designs. (Relevant skill level: practitioner)
*Experience of using tools and software. You are proficient, fast and fluid in the use of software used in the production of visual assets. You know shortcuts and tricks as well as what not to do. You can choose appropriate technology and outputs, for example, breakpoints, paper size, bleed points weight. (Relevant skill level: practitioner)
*Experience of working within constraints.
*Leadership and guidance.
*Strategic thinking.
*User focus. You know how to collaborate with service designers, business analysts and other transformation experts along with user researchers and can represent users internally. You understand the difference between user needs and the desires of the user. You can champion user research to focus on all users. You can prioritise and define approaches to understand the user story, guiding others in doing so. You can offer recommendations on the best tools and methods to be used. (Relevant skill level: practitioner)
