Keystream Group are currently recruiting for an experienced Telecoms Infrastructure Engineer to assist with an NHS organisation in South London.
They are currently dealing with a combination of escalated BAU queries due to Covid-19 as well as some project requirements listed below.
You will ideally have experience working in the NHS as a Telecoms engineer or having worked on VOIP projects.
Job Summary:
- To assist in the maintenance, development and expansion of the Trusts Telecoms Infrastructure, particularly in the transition from the existing iSDX network to a Unify OSV VoIP/Unified Communications Platform.
- To assist in the management and overall operation of OSV Voice Network services Infrastructure and possess the skill sets required to access and configure TDM & VoIP Network Switches and NetCall Liberty Platform & Servers for new provides, moves and changes.
- Development and maintenance of a Trust Conference Bridge and to assist in the deployment of this and additional UC features to end users.
- To assist the Networks & Telecoms Manager in the management, deployment, development and maintenance of Trust Voice Services including both hardware and software in relation to Voice services and equipment on Trust sites in order to ensure the provision of a cost effective, end user orientated quality service throughout the Trust.
Elements of the service include, but are not restricted to:
o Voice/Data Communications Network. o Siemens iSDX Switches, ACWin Consoles (& replacement Liberty), VoIP OSV/UC deployment.
o LAN & WAN mobile communications devices and associated equipment/systems.
o Inter Site Voice DPNSS Links and systems o Fixed Lines, iSDN 30, SIP Trunking.
o Voice network Engineering Team.
o Call Logging Equipment's.
o SwissPhone Bleep Platform and associated equipment.
NetCall Voice Front End Processing equipment.
o NetCall Liberty Platform
o Build, configure and deploy VOIP & analogue phones
o Configuration of Network Switches, with a good understanding of network technologies.
