Zabbix Consultant
As a Technical Expert, you are responsible to provide technical support with high degree of Customer Happiness by meeting Service Level Agreements (SLA) and process compliance. You will perform business impact analysis and risk assessments to reduce the likelihood of significant service outage or disasters.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Minimum 7+ years of experience
- Hands on experience with Zabbix 3.4, 4.0+
- Install, configure and manage Zabbix core components
- Proficiency with template building and discovery.
- Good hands on experience on writing situations and create new Agents configuration for custom monitoring.
- Customizing and meeting Operations teams requirements
- Integration scenario knowledge with Event Management system.
- Proficiency with Operating Systems such as UNIX (Solaris, Linux, AIX etc.) and Windows.
- Proficiency with various Scripting and coding methods such as PERL/CGI, Shell/Batch, PowerShell and Python.
- Proficiency with MySQL and SQL queries.
- Proficiency with Network concept.
- Proficiency with SNMP monitoring, including OID structure, SNMP versions.
- Knowledge of virtualization including vCenter, ESXi, VMWare.
- Knowledge of ILO and hardware monitoring.
- Proficiency with Rest API concept and working knowledge of Rest API.
- Knowledge of cloud and onprem solution concept.
- Zabbix certified specialist and certified specialist certification preferred.
