Ansible Engineer
One of my Insurance clients is urgently looking for a an Ansible Engineer for 3-6 month contract in Vilnius, Lithuania
The Ansible Engineer will have:
- Technical and analytical skills with 5+ years of Operational knowledge and experience in monitoring and automation tools.
- Well versed with Industry Trends on Infrastructure Enterprise Tooling and Automation landscape
- Working with Cloud Management and Automation practice team for developing private cloud use cases using Ansible Engine, Ansible Tower & AWX Tower.
- Capable of performing configuration management, automation day -2 tasks that require repetitive efforts.
- Developed use cases for day 2 operations through ansible playbook for window and Linux server patching. and software installations using configuration management tools like ansible tower and AWS Ansible (AWX ).
- Developed ansible Playbook for integration with third party tools.
- Automate AWS, GCP components including the network, compute and storage part.
- Showcased and explored IAC capabilities of ansible to manage cloud platforms
- Hand's on Technical knowledge in handling escalations across various tools.
- Good knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux, AIX etc.,)
- Strong verbal and written communications skills are a must, as well as the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations
- Strong technical understanding on the fundamentals of monitoring/automation technologies.
