Enterprise Security Architect - Duffel, Belgium
We are working closely with a Global Client based in Duffel; they are looking for an Enterprise Security Architect to work in Duffel for a 12 month project. This is an important requirement with the successful applicant needing start end of June.
Tasks and responsibilities:
* Assesses, advises on and designs standard software and hardware configurations, risks, costs versus benefits and impact on the business process and objectives.
* Works on multiple projects as a project leader or as a subject matter expert. Works on projects/issues of high complexity that require in-depth knowledge across multiple technical areas.
* Ensures that adequate security is available in all IT systems and platforms to be migrated to adequately mitigate risk and meet legal requirements.
* Acts as a security expert in application development, database design, network and/or platform (operating system) efforts, helping project teams comply with corporate and IT security policies, industry regulations and best practices.
Profile:
* Extensive IT experience in infrastructure/system environments with system planning, architecture design, security architecture design, engineering (hardware and software) and optimisation.
* Excellent knowledge of key information technology areas such as Office 365, security, networking, vitalisation, ERP, and cloud computing.
* Thorough knowledge of security architecture for infrastructure and applications, tools, processes & policy, framework issues, techniques and implications for all existing computer platforms.
* Project management experience.
* Good oral and written communication skills.
* Fluent in Dutch and English.
