My client, a world-leading geospatial data and technology organisation is looking for multiple Admin Assistants to join their team in Southampton, please note due to the pandemic there will be home working whilst the lock down is active.
Duties to include
This is a desktop PC based activity. The person doing the task will be looking at topographic and network map data, they will be presented with a list of potential candidates where they will be required to match the clients geometry and attribution to Local Authority geometry and attribution based on the differing specifications between potential customers. Full Training will be provided.
Experience:
- Computer literate, able to use Microsoft Office, understanding of ArcGIS packages would be an advantage
- Able to understand and interpret maps (geographic/topographic) would be an advantage
- Good level of communication (verbal and written)
- Good team player - they will be joining an established team and sharing the workload
- Positive attitude, good under pressure
- Attention to detail, able to consistently produce high quality work against an established specification
- Able to plan and schedule their personal production to align with team targets
- Full training given by an experienced member of staff and good support from the established team once training is complete.
