Admin Assistant: Role Purpose:
To provide administrative and operational support to the Digital Cloud Platforms Team in the area of cloud governance.
Accountabilities:
Ensure that the reporting requirements of the team are fully understood along with their appropriate timelines.
Such reports may include topics such as:
Costs and billing
Security compliance
Project updates and project status.
Forecasting.
Risk reports.
Ensure that all data relating to the reporting requirements is gathered and collated to a high standard according to the timelines.
Schedule meetings as required and ensure actions are captured tracked.
Must have the ability to work across multiple time-zones and build relationships with key stakeholders. This will be key to the success of this role.
The ideal candidate will have a knowledge of cloud computing. They do not have to be experts or have a technical background, but they should be able give a helicopter view of AWS or GCP
Requirements
Knowledge:
Previous experience in a banking role ideally with an awareness of banking governance.
An awareness of cloud computing
Proficient in use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), Confluence, Jira.
Experience:
Successful performance in a similar role within a professional organisation.
