Work location: Spain, Barcelona
We’re looking for a talented UX writer to join our Digital Product Design Team w ith deep knowledge in building and maintaining Design Systems.
Key Service Accountabilities:
? Facilitate and evolve the Client's design language, its
components, and design patterns though all the solution portfolio. (Web &
App)
? Document design guidelines and actively share knowledge on how to utilise
the design system in Invision DSM platform.
? Manage and deliver new component request from design teams
? Work closely with developers and designers throughout the implementation
stage to ensure a high level of quality in the final compositions.
? Proactively pitch ideas and contribute to improve the processes and strategies
of the Product Design team.
? Produce concepts and prototypes knowing when to deliver pixel-perfect
solutions and when to make low fidelity sketches and prototypes.
? Document and share best practices
? Flexibility to work with geographically distributed teams
Must haves:
* 3+ years of experience designing high quality interfaces in App and Web devices
* Experience in building and maintaining Digital Design Systems.
* A strong understanding of interaction design, visual design, design patterns and user experience standards.
* Portfolio showcasing your best work.
* Comfortable working in an agile, fast-paced environment to deliver high-quality work consistently in an iterative manner.
* Experience with design tools like Sketch.
* Experience with prototyping tools such as Invision.
* Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
Nice to have:
* Invision DSM experience
* Used to work with global collaborators across time zones.
* Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics and limitations (no code need)
* Experience in the healthcare sector
* Barcelona based
