Description
• Must have experience in Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Distribution, Procurement, and Advanced Warehousing modules, and knowledge for RFSmart is nice to have.• Hands on experience in providing Post Go-Live support.
• Advanced knowledge and experience with full-system implementations
• The ability to perform analysis and research business needs to translate those into measurable business requirements
• The ability to troubleshoot functional issues and will be able to reach out Oracle in case required.
• Excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities include:
• Proposing systems solutions and identifying opportunities for efficiency and process improvement
• Assisting in the creation of business requirements, workflows, system design, and functional specifications
• Supporting integration testing of enterprise systems and post implementation validation
• Conducting Gap Analysis, coordinating gap closure of business process changes
