Description
• Responsible for identifying, recording and maintaining the critical governance documents and processes to ensure accuracy and compliance for all software and hardware assets• Responsible for security governance tasks to ensure full and accurate reporting of critical security posture indicators
• Provide data analytic services for IT Operations to support tasks such as asset management, identity audit, data collection
The experience and technical skills listed in the job description are:
• 3+ years’ experience in corporate/enterprise environment
• Knowledge of enterprise-grade software and applications, such as SNOW (preferred)
• Experience working in an IT department or MSP
• Advanced experience using Excel and other data manipulation tools – competent with building formulas, translating data, filtering, vlookups etc
• A good understanding of computer software and hardware
• A good understanding of different types of licenses, contracts, and how to interpret legal clauses such as terms and conditions.
• An understanding of the asset management lifecycle in a large enterprise environment.
• A good knowledge and understanding of other operations and telecommunications activities, including voice, data and mobile computing.
