Description
Preparation, monitoring and management of the performance action plans and associated schedules for a medium sized project or a sub-set of a big project (about 4-8 people)Representation of interests of all of stakeholder Directions - to project management (s) in respect of project management rules defined by guaranteeing compliance with quality requirements, costs and deadlines described in the service contract
Monitoring the deployment of equipment,hardware and software
Support the Project Manager in validation and production management
Preparation of monitoring bodies
Management and monitoring of risks
Collaboration with various project partners the necessary elements to develop a schedule with the development of project sites
Writing progress reports including updated schedules and identifying and identifying any critical points and / or blockages detected - synthetic Production reporting of this information to the project Director
proposed solutions needed to resolve deadlocks or circumvention (workarounds)
proposal and positioning the appropriate reporting tools for each site
Integration in monitoring the deployment of equipment and the percentage of migrating workflow
Support the Project Manager in the analysis of steering documents and communication / entertainment actors deployment
Update of the entire project deployment documentation
Identification, identification and coding of all documents produced by the team as part of the project
Participation in project monitoring meetings (deployment Committee) and writing reports
Preparation of the agenda of these committees and preparation of documents preparatory
Participation in any working group established under the project identification,risk analysis and implementation of actions aimed at their removal or reduction
Alert with the Project Manager of any detected risks jeopardizing the project objectives (scope / time / cost) Quality control of the delivered products and the all the delivery process
