Function support – CRM role-Den Haag.Contract: Euros/Day
6 Month contract
Client: IT consulting Company
• You have an HBO level of work and thinking
• You have knowledge of and experience with Agile and Scrum (min. 1 year)
• You are well acquainted with business processes and practices in a call center environment
• You have experience in functional management, preferably also with call center/telephony applications such as for voice recognition, call routing, voice/screen logging, etc.
• You are willing to be part of a 24 x 7 standby service for major incidents
• You have experience with (business) requirements analysis and its translation into a functional and/or technical design, taking into account non-functional requirements and costs
• You are customer-oriented, analytically strong, initiative-rich and have a good problem-solving ability
• You are strong communicatively at various levels, both verbally and in writing (Dutch and English)
• You are flexible and like to work on new things
• You are proactively looking for opportunities to develop yourself and the team every day
