Must Have Skills:
•BS degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Math or other quantitative field.
•Proven experience in data modelling and databases storage design.
•Experience in IOT and Data platforms or Data Hubs.
•Experience generating implementation guides for developers, clients and customers.
•Experience in Amazon Web Services or Cloud technologies
•Experience and good knowledge in web services architecture
•Experience managing globally distributed teams and 3rd party relationships
•Experience as digital product owner
•Good understanding of SCRUM methodology
•Experience working with GitLab, JIRA and Confluence.
•Ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment
•Independent judgment and decision-making ability
•Good communication skills and excellent team collaboration

Nice to have skills:
•Experience in micro services, integration and cloud architectures, especially on AWS.
•HL7 V3 RIM Specialist / HL7 CDA Specialist / HL7 FHIR proficiency certified professional.
•Experience codifying clinical concepts with clinical terminologies (SNOMED CT, LOINC, UCUM, ICD9, ICD10).
•Experience working with HL7 Reference Information Model (RIM), OpenEHR, CEN ENV13606 or other clinical domains archetypes.
•Good understanding of ESB architecture (Mirth/NextGen Connect, Rhapsody, Ensemble, MuleSoft, etc…).
•Experience modelling healthcare interfaces using standards (HL7 v2.x, HL7 FHIR, DICOM).
•Relevant work experience.

Job Purpose:
•As a Data Product Owner you will be responsible of the Health Data Store in our Platform. Ensuring data is the unique source of truth for all the digital solutions, internal and external of RDCP. You will make sure robust data models and data access are available to ensure all the data flows and its related clinical and non-clinical information have been correctly stored in the Roche Diabetes Care Platform.
•As a Data Product Owner you will be responsible of the health domain data model that facilitates the storage of health information, having as reference most used clinical domain data models like HL7 Reference Information Model (RIM), OpenEHR, CEN ENV13606.
•As a Data Product Owner, you will ensure the accomplishment of the interoperability clinical standard HL7 FHIR with the domain data model.
•You will be part of a Global Digital team, collaborating across other teams to ensure successful solution delivery

Key Accountabilities:
•Lead the design, implementation and evolution of the Client's Platform Health Data Store to ensure that all products are built on the HDS data architecture and coding standards in cooperation with the architect and team members.
•Lead the Health Data Domain governance, managing the data standards, policies and procedures needed to ensure data quality, consistency, integrity, security and accessibility; according to the client quality and security standards.
•Own the product backlog for the Health Data Store .
•Develops, owns, and executes the HDS roadmap, collaborating with stakeholders and customers across the organization
•Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand their business needs.
•Supports and collaborates in the definition of the mapping to transform the data model into clinical interfaces, choosing the proper clinical standard and terminology to use.
•Maintains the data catalogue well documented, updated and accessible for the different stakeholders.
•Defines the data quality rules, data quality metrics and ensures quality is met.
•Deliver effective training and communication on the data standards to multiple levels of stakeholders.
•Works with third party suppliers and consultants.
