Role: SAP Functional ConsultantRequired Skill Set: SAP FICO (Mandatory) and VIM (Optional)
Desired Experience Range: 8-10 years of SAP experience
Location of Requirement : Brussels, Belgium
Language Expectation (Mandatory): English, Greek
• Implementation/Support experience of SAP FICO and VIM modules in Retail environment
• Rich experience working with Retail customers in areas of Account Payable, Account Receivables, Asset Accounting, Controlling, Invest Management and Vendor Invoice Management (VIM)
• Good experience managing the Production system and ensures application availability & stability, operating within agreed SLAs
• Proven track record of delivering customised solutions
• Strong documentation & articulation skills
SAP IS FICO/VIM/IM Functional Consultant
Need to work closely with the Business and IT teams
Responsible for FICO/VIM support team and make sure the production systems are up and running.
Responsible for any issue reported in production system and be solved within the SLA
Timely reporting about project updates to respective stakeholders.
Work in the project to fulfill all FICO/VIM requirements of the project
Liaise with business & IT teams to understand the Incidents / Service Request / Change raised by them in above languages. This requires discussion and understanding the request and translating in to English. Communicate the request details to IT L2 and L3 team in English and vice versa, until through request resolution.
