- Course of study Industrial Design or Mechanical Engineering at HBO (+) level
- 2+ years of relevant work experience in product development
- Is able to translate a package of requirements and wishes into a pragmatic and robust solution
- Has extensive experience with production techniques, especially for plastics
- Elaborates designs independently accurately in CAD, both 3D and 2D
- Has affinity with design, but focuses on technical interpretation
- Takes responsibility for the design under the guidance of a lead engineer
- Experience in the medical sector and/or consumer products
- Experience in precision mechanics is an advantage
- Experience with Solidworks is an advantage
Dutch Version
- Opleidingsrichting Industrial Design of Werktuigbouwkunde op HBO(+) niveau
- 2+ jaar relevante werkervaring in productontwikkeling
- Is in staat een pakket van eisen en wensen te vertalen naar een pragmatische en robuuste oplossing
- Heeft uitgebreide ervaring met productietechnieken, met name voor kunststoffen
- Werkt zelfstandig ontwerpen nauwkeurig uit in CAD, zowel 3D als 2D
- Heeft affiniteit met vormgeving maar legt zwaartepunt richting technische invulling
- Neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor het ontwerp onder begeleiding van een lead engineer
- Ervaring in medische sector en/of consumer products
