Medior Mechanical Engineer

For a client of ours we are looking for a Medior Mechanical Engineer (at the interface between mechanical engineering and industrial design):
Location: Eindhoven region
Duration: 1 year afterwards takeover by end-client (DetaVast)
- Course of study Industrial Design or Mechanical Engineering at HBO (+) level
- 2+ years of relevant work experience in product development
- Is able to translate a package of requirements and wishes into a pragmatic and robust solution
- Has extensive experience with production techniques, especially for plastics
- Elaborates designs independently accurately in CAD, both 3D and 2D
- Has affinity with design, but focuses on technical interpretation
- Takes responsibility for the design under the guidance of a lead engineer
- Experience in the medical sector and/or consumer products
- Experience in precision mechanics is an advantage
- Experience with Solidworks is an advantage
