Description

Your experience as a (Care) Tools Engineer is required to aid in running numerous change projects globally to support the rapid growth of this clinet. You'lll need extensive previosu experience as a Tools Engineer towork with various leaders globally to develop and deploy business-critical solutions in the CustomerCare domain.

Your role as a Care Tools Engineer will see you developing third-party systems used by customer care teams.

To do so, you'll need to have proven experience in the following:

  • Zendesk Chat & Support
  • Gooddata/BIME
  • Twilio
  • New Voice Media
  • ASWAT

This contract will see you; resolving operational/product problems in order to minimise any negative impact on customers. You'll also be deploy and configuring the third-party system's environments, which will incude subsequent monitoring. Furthermore, you will be expected to collaborate with other teams in order to improve engineering tools, systems and procedures.

You'll be the perfect fit for this contract if; you have experience administering Zendesk, NVM or other 3rd party Care Tooling systems. You have solid experience in planning and building efficient customer care structures across various support roles. Risk-analysis and creation of support material is a day-to-day part of your current role.

What will really make you stand out above the rest is also having experience with the below:

  • Proven API experience with a deep understanding of cloud and SaaS concepts.
  • Shell Scripting
  • Some kind of systems engineering background
  • Solid experience working with VOIP systems/CTI systems.
