Finance Manager - Fixed Telecoms Experience
As one of Vodafone's key strategic partners we are currently recruiting for a Finance Manager with Fixed Telecoms experience to join the team on an initial 3 month contract. This role would usually be based in Southwark but it will be remote until further notice.
Role Purpose:
As the Commercial Finance Manager, you will support our Consumer Fixed Business with proactive P&L management. The role requires prior relevant telco Fixed/TV P&L management experience and a good understanding of the Fixed/TV market in the UK.
The role requires you to be great with data and have existing Excel modelling skills. In addition to the technical skills, we are looking for a confident and articulate communicator as the role requires regular interaction with senior management across the business, with the need to provide clear, succinct and insightful analysis.
Core competencies/skills
- ACA/CIMA/ACCA qualified or similar qualifications
- Telco Fixed/TV experience
- Business case experience
- Strong analytical skills
- Highly organised
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Team player and contribution to cross-functional working
- Strong interpersonal skills, having worked within multi-disciplinary virtual teams
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Proactively takes ownership to drive continuous improvement in ways of working
- Proficient in MS Excel & MS Office
- Experience with SAP ideal
