Norwegian/French Customer Service Analyst - Leamington Spa

£14 PER HOUR

Our client, a leading provider of IT Managed services across the UK, require a Customer Service Analyst to work in their client offices based in Leamington Spa on a contract basis.

Customer Service Analyst Essential Skills:
- Experience in Customer Service/Support roles
- Customer Service
- Experience working in a 1st line support role
- Reliable
- Hardworking
- Excellent communication skills

Customer Service Analyst Desirable Skills:
- ITIL awareness
