I am recruiting for two IT Trainers to be based in Dorset.
The roles fall inside IR35 so you must work through an umbrella company for the duration of the contract.
Active SC Clearance is essential.
You will have experience of carrying out training needs analyses, defining the skill sets needed to perform different roles, carrying out performance assessments to determine the skills gaps between current and desirable learner skill levels and also designing training programmes appropriate to the skills needed, to include formal and informal development activities as appropriate.
You must have trained either Microsoft or Cisco products, as detailed below:
MOAC 70-642 Windows Server 2008 & 2016 Network Infrastructure, Configuring/MOAC 70-640 Windows Server 2008 & 2016 Active Directory Configuration/MOAC 70-643 Windows Server 2008 & 2016Applications, Infrastructure, Configuring.
OR
CISCO (Courses Certified Network Administration (CCNA)/CCNA Routing & Switching Introduction to Networks (CCNA 1)/CCNA Routing & Switching Routing & Switching Essentials (CCNA 2).
