Desktop Support Engineer - Luxembourg
Prestigious Luxembourg based client requires an accomplished Desktop Support Engineer to join the BAU Support Team. Fluent French and English is essential as you will be supporting users and senior managers in both languages. Initially 6 months contract, with likelihood to extend. Support work will be split across remote and onsite. User support to be done remotely. Weekly rota basis currently being operated but initial phase will be on site for first few weeks..* Option for CDI or Ltd company*
Essential:
*Solid background in delivering a mix of Desktop Support, IT and application support
*Fluent French and English
*Previous experience of delivering desktop support within the financial services sector
*Confident, articulate and professional in all settings
*Customer service attitude/client focussed
*Set up and build of kits and IMAC
*Access Management and password rest responsibility.
*Level of responsibility with datacentre and server support, along with desktop.
*Network equipment - basic network issues
*Reinstalling OS
*Understand configuration of technology
*Remote support to other regional sites
*Applications - Support End user devices
*Server support
*Dealing with user queries
