Data Project Coordinator 6 months Southampton £300-£375 Outside

Parity Group Plc are delighted to be partnered with a large national organisation based in Southampton who have the need for an experienced Security Cleared Data Project Coordinator with a specialist in Large Data Driven Projects to join their team on a contract basis for a period of 6 months.

This is a key role in our clients MDR division where you will work on a critical Data Project managing critical responses and planning strategies and stake holder engagement planning within an uncertain and ever changing environment. You will work with technical and non-technical stakeholders coordinating plans for delivery of objectives and work collaboratively to bring together project plans and work specifications at demanding deadlines.

I would love to hear from you if you are an experienced Data Project Coordinator who has recent experience within a Large Data Driven Project who has worked across the full life cycle of complex projects at a senior level.

This role requires Active Security Clearance (SC)

Some of what the role entails:

  • Coordination of strategies, information reporting across varied teams to keep project running and delivering to demanding deadlines.
  • Implement a full stakeholder engagement plan and identify organisational processes to be put in place.
  • Deliver reporting and process implementing at tight and demanding critical timescales.
  • Risk management
  • Manage uncertainty, metrics and measurements, contingency planning and road mapping.
  • Work collaboratively across technical and non-technical teams monitoring performance against timescale and delivery supporting with delivery where required.
  • Communicate and build effective relationships with key business manager and stakeholders.
  • Review, report and resolve risks, using appropriate resources and support.

Essential skills include:

  • SC Clearance
  • Proven experience within a Large Data Driven Project - Essential
  • Proven experience working in a critical, demanding environment managing strict deadlines
  • Strong Leadership and communication skills
  • Stakeholder management skills and planning strategy for SH.
  • Desirable qualifications, PRINCE2 or Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) and relevant experience.
