Air and Space Operations Trainer - Contract 6Months - Remote Working/Hampshire - £50 per hour - SC Cleared
The Key Responsibilities of a Air and Space Operations Trainer:
Training Needs Analysis, Design and Development consultancy, supporting the main client in the delivery of outputs for the clients projects:
- To support the application of JSP 822 across all areas of the training process.
- To work as part of our client training team, working in a regulatory environment (Air Defence).
- To support all phases of Training Needs Analysis (TNA).
- To Design and Development technical Operator training, with a focus on stakeholder engagement and workshop management.
Below is a list of Key Skills required for the Air and Space Operations Trainer, however you will not be expected to have everything:
- Demonstrable experience in the application of JSP 822 - Analysis, Design and Development.
- RAF TG 12 Operator Experience
- Design and development of equipment based technical training
- Stakeholder engagement and workshop management
