The Candidate will be responsible for performing standardized tasks in support of the IT change management and learning process, under close supervision for Business Intelligence platform.
This position will focus on Business Intelligence platform training with peripheral involvement in other aspects. You should have knowledge of the Enterprise Software space and be excited to work in Business intelligence environment.
Build and deliver Training materials of the technology to Business Intelligence clients/users.
Participate in technical support cases where appropriate.

Specific Responsibilities:
The Technical Learning Specialist will support IFC’s Corporate Information & Technology (CIT) in a broad range of learning activities related to Business Intelligence The BI trainer specialist is expected to fully participate in the design and implementation of effective learning strategies and activities for IFC’s BI program:
• Evaluate technical documentation learning artifacts, including Quick Reference Guides, Quick Tips (one page “how-to’s”), training manuals, etc. The target audience for this documentation will be IFC end users – staff and management who must use the applications in their day-to-day work.
• Assist with the design, creation and maintenance of documentation materials regarding BI Programs, its modules and applications, and other business systems, as needed.
• Engage with project teams and business clients to support the training demands of projects.
• Participate and facilitate in demos (face-to-face and webinars) and staff expos as needed.
• Develop and host training sessions for IFC HQ and Country offices Business intelligence Clients Community.
• Produce effective training presentations, tutorials, lesson plans/exercises in multiple media and formats suitable to course audience.
• Develop, publish, and revise course and instructional materials for training/ user groups.
• Evaluate training needs to support the development of learning objectives; collaborate with subject matter experts on the learning objectives, content, and delivery of proposed courses.
• Conduct BI training courses, customer webinars, on-site customer training, and user group sessions.
• Facilitate BI training for end users through a variety of mediums, which may include classroom settings, one-on-one, and online methods.
• Provide BI user training support with BI-IT product launches and go-lives.
• Ability to maintain professionalism and order within the classroom to complete course objectives.
• Provide the business community with knowledge, skills, and abilities to utilize data analytics reporting tools effectively.



Selection Criteria: Expected Qualifications, Experience & Competencies:
• Bachelor's degree and 2 years of relevant experience, or 2 years of World Bank experience
• Fluency in English language essential. Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in supporting demonstrations and training sessions (both face-to-face and webinars).
• Knowledge of Word 2016, PowerPoint 2016.
• Prior experience using Business Objects, Tableau and Power BI tools a plus.
• Some experience and understanding of organizational change management and learning approaches related to technology product rollouts.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse stakeholder groups and staff.
• Proven, consistent dedication to excellence and consummate attention to detail.
• Knowledge of IFC projects and the project cycle.
• Proven ability to multi-task and operate effectively in a matrix management and high-pressure environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with project teams and internal clients in a multicultural environment.
• Demonstrated willingness to provide help, assistance and support members of the team.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
