Help desk technician

The candidate must have fluent English & French, Dutch would also be beneficial

Hanson Regan are currently looking for a Help desk technician to work on a 3-6 months contract opportunity based in Brussels (Belgium) starting ASAP, if you have the required skills and are able to start ASAP please get in touch.

The position will be located in (Brussels) and will consist in level 2 user support (headquarter and field force trade marketers):

  • laptops, screen and mobile devices preparation: assets upgrades/configuration, accounts settings, application installations
  • Asset management & ordering
  • Video conference and meeting rooms equipment configurations
  • Technical support (incident management)
  • Supplier relationship management (quotes, order management,)
  • coordination of maintenance operations with the global services on network and infrastructure equipment's

The skills required are:

  • Microsoft Windows 10, Office 365 (One Drive, Teams, MS suite)
  • Strong knowledge on iOS operating systems and devices
  • Good knowledge on network architecture and communication middle wares
  • Good knowledge on HP equipment & Audio devices
